Cons
Vacation and sick days are identical - accrual based system for PTO
No focus or direction. Goals change on a daily basis and entire projects are scrapped at a whim.
Management has no idea what is going on and very inexperienced.
Lack of ethics/values. Good ol' boys club true and true. Management weighs risk of getting caught rather than doing what is right in the first place.
Way too much management meddling in project decisions that can easily be made on a team level.
Expectation is to be available on your work phone 24/7. Lots of working during lunch hours.
Coworkers are slackers and often push work on you.
