Day Shift works ten hours has two ten minute breaks and a half hour lunch. Second shift works a straight ten gets ten minute break every two hours and a paid fifteen minutes lunch. Weekend shift is twelve hours they get a ten minute break every two hours paid fifteen minutes lunch. People just walking in the door accrue 6.15 hours PTO every two weeks while someone who has been there ten years plus just got raised to 7.69 hours PTO every two weeks. Totally unorganized production keeps getting shut down and a lot of it is due to poor planning.
