      Pros

      Recently started, I was made to feel welcome from day 1 and have a very professional management team, with both customers and staff. They know their market and have an extremely experienced field servicing team covering a very wide product range of Servers, Storage and Networking equipment. They have a can do attitude and company is growing at a steady rate. Keen to promote from within, good ethical and environmental values. Straightforward internal systems makes workflow logical and easy to learn.

      Cons

      No local to home PUDO sites for engineers parts picking and returns.

      Pros

      The Senior Management team are incredibly supportive and very much part of the day-to-day tasks at Ultra Support. Not one person at Ultra Support is unapproachable, and every single person is just as important as the next. The whole team work together and because of this we are providing an excellent service to all of our Partners.

      Not being able to make use of the free company gym as i work remotely.
