Upper management can be cut throat, they don't keep their promises

Everyone was super easy to work with—always ready to lend a hand. The co-founder was incredibly friendly and approachable, making the entire experience feel collaborative and warm. The web team, in particular, stood out with their skill and spirit—they were honestly a joy to work alongside.

I was brought on as an AIML intern, but ended up doing mostly web development work instead. The switch felt a little unexpected and out of sync with what I signed up for.
