The projects are genuinely interesting and have strong potential. However, the salary level is extremely low and far below market standards. It feels like the company does not respect the current market conditions and deliberately undervalues employees’ work by offering compensation that is significantly under the industry norm. This approach creates the impression that the company is ignoring fair market expectations and is not willing to invest adequately in its specialists.
