Pros

The workspace is inspiring (Seaholm Power Plant on Lake Austin), the benefits are fantastic (Open PTO, 4 Month Maternity Leave Policy, 2 Month Paternity Leave Policy, Full Healthcare Coverage, Competitive Pay), the market is fun (yay sports!), and the team is amazing (hard-working, fun, intelligent, and respectful).

Cons

Things change frequently around here, which can be stressful (at least for some people).

Pros

Friendly coworkers. Free coffee (hot and cold) 24/7. Good benefits. Flexible vacation. Can work from home / out of the office easily. Great office location.

Cons

Growing pains. High turnover recently. Inexperienced executive team.
