Lots of tech, lots of products offer a great diversity of learning opportunities. No micromanaging, no performance reviews, simplified metrics to meet. All team members are there to achieve the same thing you are, there is a lot of comradeship.
Cons
It's a very demanding work place. It's a lot of work, and you need to work hard. Working hard and demanding is a pro for youthful, driven individuals. If you like a dynamic workplace where you are not afraid to jump in the deep end and have a history of working hard at other companies you will be fine at this company.
