This company cannot get it together. Not only do they not believe in their employees, they lie to the community. Uncle Ikes works under the " guise" of care and concern, when the moment you say ANYTHING about being abused..you WILL be ousted! The place is run by closet narcissists that abuse their employees. They target VULNERABLE WOMEN WITH CHILDREN, GAY, TRANSGENDER, AND EVERY RACE OTHER THAN CAUCASIAN. Overall you are encouraged to LIE about the weed your selling, much like a car salesman. If you believe for one moment Uncle Ikes supports the " black lives matter " movement or LGBTQ... just because they SAY they do..you will believe anything. Over worked ,under pay for women and transgender workers Equal work for equal pay good luck!
