Flexible schedule, great team and atmosphere, owners are very cool and care about their staff.

Money /can/ be good, and generally the people who work there are easy to get along with.

One of the most mismanaged establishments I’ve ever worked at, owners cut every corner to make their lives easier while creating a stressful environment for their employees. They champion themselves at being a safe space but when I encountered severe transphobia in the workplace it was swept under the rug and I was chided for not being a team player. Nothing is consistent from day to day and it feels like working in a toddlers pretend restaurant.
