Our intention is never to have teachers feel micromanaged -- but only to help support them with the tremendously large and difficult job they have. We encourage our team to share their feedback with their manager about what doesn't feel useful or positive. We encourage you to reach out to your manager directly with your feedback, and to share your direct perspective on where it feels like we are falling short.
