Lots of momentum in the company, especially on my account which is the agency's biggest. Lots of young, energetic and friendly people.

We're small and up and coming, meaning we sometimes don't throw our weight around as much as we could...especially with inter-agency relationships. Essentially, I think we have the opportunity to stand up for ourselves a bit more as we have the performance to back it up as an agency! Needs more direction from senior levels within account team, especially. Upper management seems to deal with big conversations and it doesn't trickle down, occasionally leaving us without strong leadership. Benefits aren't amazing, but normal for a small agency. They are improving.

Exciting place to work. The company’s on a big upward swing right now, picking up new clients thanks to smart strategy and a lot of hard work. Like any business growing this fast, there are the usual pressure points, but the leadership is strong and the culture makes you feel like everyone’s pulling together. You definitely feel part of the journey

Like any company on a steep growth curve, there are some growing pains. Systems catching up, lots to juggle, and the usual stress that comes with fast change. But if you’re adaptable, it’s also part of what makes it exciting. Not many employee benefits included in package although this is typical of a small agency.
