Perfect Starting Place for a CS Major - Senior Computer Science Instructor Under the GUI Employee Review

The four managers I often meet are friendly, patient, and easy to get along with. For the social aspect, sometimes we can order a free lunch of our own choice for the managers and some instructors so we can relax, catch up, or get to know each other better. For the professional aspect, the managers provide insight on how to handle conflicts with students at three different levels of severity. One time, the instructors paired up to act out their responses to different situations for our managers to evaluate so that we could effectively deal with these conflicts, which was a very interesting and interactive approach to learning.
