2yHi there, thanks for your feedback and four-star review. As a Trip Leader, I’m sure you know we are disappointed if we ever receive less than five stars.
I’m not sure when you worked for U30X… If it was after 2019, you probably didn’t interact much with the Co-founders, as you’d report to the Regional Manager and only have spoken to me in your interview or if I had positive feedback to send you.
If you worked here pre-2019, when we were a tiny team figuring things out, this is somewhat fair criticism. However, we’ve always treated people with respect and dignity, even if you were terminated.
Leading a company to be one of Inc’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in America hasn’t always been a smooth ride, but we’re proud of how far we’ve come. Anyone who has worked here in the past five years should certainly be pleased with how we’ve operated this thriving business, especially through the pandemic.
