Pros

the commute decent pay full paid health care, medical, vision 401k match

Cons

poor, if any management employees completely disengaged from communication hostile employee environment many cliques poor behavior completely ignored employees can do anything without any recourse the good employee seem to work in fear the management does not care one bit about you, your life, anything....there is no culture everyone, with the exception of a few, act like robots management is always locked away in their offices, totally unapproachable downright by far the most rude environment i have ever encountered longer term employees have told me there are few if any promotions they promise bonuses and do not deliver the amounts they say raises are in the 1 1/2 percent range

We sincerely appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your experience with management wasn't positive. We have taken several steps to be more proactive in our communication with employees. We recently hired a Human Resources Manager with the intent to increase employee engagement, drive better communication, and improve clarity of process for all employees (including bonuses). Thank you again for your candid feedback. Both positive and negative feedback help us better understand our employees and allow us to focus on areas of concern.
