Pros
Awesome talented and supportive team of humans, for the most part, especially on Project Management side. International team with employees based out of Poland, so please take this into consideraton in getting to know others communication styles. There is some lack of support from the CS leadership team due to them being overworked and that unfortunately creates a stagnet environment that feels hostile at times in terms of opportunities for growth and support and this creates delays in efficiency across the board and fosters a lack of communication. New hires should feel more supported, trained up and encouraged to ask questions and communicate with clients. However, again, the root issue appears to be a genuine lack of no one actually knowing what the answer is in terms of "how do we do this" and if someone thinks they know, another person in management will provide completely different instruction creating unnecessary riffs and unproductivity. Standardization of procedures/tasks and clarification of roles/responsibilities would immensely benefit this organization and its employees. Employees should feel comfortable to ask questions and learn. Overall cool group of people from various walks of life! Eclectic backgrounds. Most co-workers are authentic, good people. Still friends with them to this day and wish the best for them in all regards. The CEO seems genuine and is quirky/caring. Pay is pretty good. Summer Fridays and benefits are nice.
Cons
No SOPS and lack of organization, too much work and not enough quality leadership to appropriately delegate said work, also too much on management's plates which leads to the entire house being on fire and no one has the bandwidth or permission to hose it down before the entire thing crumbles. Need to restructure, reorganize and hire more quality people on the team to relieve management, as there is only so much a couple humans can physically and mentally do. Unfortunately disorganization causes major burnout in the best employees. Need better work life balance, training and onboarding experience, leadership, and mostly organization overall. To recap, overall being employed here was a great experience initially and wish it could have been a longer term situation however, the burnout was too much to take. I do genuinely want to see this company thrive and believe they have it in them to do so!
