Pay, benefits and location. Clean new building.
Cons
Ran by clicks. Very disorganized and uses antiquated or just wrong ERP systems due to older personnel unable or unwilling to make updates and changes. They will get rid of you if you have any good viable ideas or recommendations. They are not above setting an employee up in order to fire them. Note - I was not terminated, I resigned.
