      Pros

      Family owned and run, friendly management and control staff, extra shifts always available, flexible employment conditions, Many long term employees, multicultural, great corporate sites, room for progression, pay always on time, never had a mistake with pay, uniform provided.

      Cons

      Pay is low to average, breaks are limited, cover staff are limited, uniform shirts are very low quality, don't pay for license renewal, no sick pay, no benefits package.

      Pay on time, annual leave, company perks etc

      Cons

      This is not a healthy workplace particularly for employees who speak up for themselves or others. Those who raise concerns quickly become targeted. Complaints and grievances are routinely ignored or swept under the rug. The company is losing contracts.
