Pros
Friendly work colleges and a good work atmosphere. Varied and enjoyable work. Regular work activities such as twice yearly parties and other events throughout the year. Solicits feedback and suggestions for improvement from employees through the Great ideas and employee survey programs and implements those changes.
Cons
Production output is unbalanced with most of the output happening at the end of each quarter leading to end of quarter rush and some late nights/weekend overtime as well as a steady stream of temps hired for end of quarter and let go again.
