Pros
They will keep you working night, day, and both sometimes! Excellent communication between the management and employees. One time I had to work 26 hours strait. I spent about 1400 a month on health insurance for all of my family. It was a great deal! Also I was written up multiple times because I didn't show up 15 minutes prior to work even though I had drive through a blizzard or icy roads. I know working alone was nice except all the customer hovering over you or staring at you working while on a camera. Oh and it is stress free transferring loads to and from bypass. No anxiety in that it may dump millions of dollars per minute revenue with people going to scream and yell at you. What a wonder of a work life. Oh and don't forget when they want you gone they will quite quit you and not give you a raise for years on end while their kidless engineers get kudos!
Cons
I can't think of any.
