Pros
If your desperate for a job, and not looking for long term employment, Unify is the place. The company still has a very small and quickly shrinking Customer base.Even though most long term Employees jobs were off shored, our contracted out, they still need a few Employees, at least for now!
Cons
Company excels at off shoring long term Employees Jobs. Company will do just about anything, to avoid paying overtime, legal or not. Company bullies their Contractors, and hides behind vague language, to justify their behavior. Cronyism is rampant in the Management ranks, with Managers only looking out for themselves.
