Nothing to gain from this company, Worst policies worst management I would never recommend anyone. The TL will favor a specific gender and religion more. I experienced the same biasness. you will not be appreciated for anything and you will be working non-stop and still be on the same place only the senior will be promoted but the juniors will be stayed at the same position or eventually switch,

If you are a girl then it would be good option.

The I have seen the supervisor and Team leader behaviour is not quite good towards male and they are continuously changing the process of the worker and it affects the production count and it happened to me also. My Target are 50 but if we are changing the process targets must be vary. Cause as we humun doesn't come up with knowledge how every process works. Sometimes they do partiality about work like assigning easy queue to girls and hard one to freshers. The last time the supervisor and Team leader had some issue related to work. They way they fight each other like the supervisor will use the team members from the TL team to get the aggregation out.
