In the middle of no where

The Uniloy office has a great, friendly working environment. The local management is great to work for and cares for the employees. Management works with employees and does their best to make sure that the employees are happy.

As a small division of a large corporation, we tend to become a second or after thought when it come to company wide transitions. What works for one business unit doesn't always works for all business units and we are typically told to just conform and figure out how to make it work. Corporate Management appears to only care about their own pocketbooks.
