Maintained for a while, but unfortunately lost a few that helped build that foundation. If you are open to working several duties but compensated under only one title (I can say, salary offerings werent that bad) The parent company is based in China, which, can create its own communication issues when implementing changes to US market

The people (not leadership) were amazing.

Leadership was the core issue. They proved untrustworthy—promising “comp days” in place of overtime and then refusing to honor that commitment. They downsized the team, doubled our workload, mandated 50+ hour weeks with no raises, and assigned us leadership-level responsibilities while refusing to provide the titles and appropriate pay. On top of that, they consistently undermined and demeaned us in ways that made people question their own value—all to discourage anyone from leaving.
