Great people, social atmosphere and open to change

Cons

Very divided among departments and agencies, ie, connect etc. Salaries not great. Junior creatives paid poorly. Particularly compared to junior accounts.

Get to work with intensely creative and fun people who don't care about whether or not your idea is stupid; they just want to hear what you have to say.

Cons

Currently remote work only (I miss being able to see everyone in person)
