Longevity and flexibility. Work life balance. The people that have been at the bank for a long time are great to work with.
Cons
After the merger with Unionbank, MUFG has gone downhill. Work life balance doesn't exist anymore. The expectations of the job has increased without adding any support or help. Meeting after meeting just to discuss the next meeting.
