Pros
The customers! It was worth the time. I met some pretty interesting people..good of course. Classes within the company to help with advancement. Learing the material was pretty easy and the learning tapes are so dumb its easy to pass. If you passed in one section you received a plaque and you can show it off at your window (made me look more professional)
Cons
They didn't care about my school schedule..I had to fight with my manager to give me my days off so I can attend classes..not very supportive in that area. They didn't treat everyone fairly. For the ladies you ALWAYS had to wear nylons! I hated that even when I was wearing long pants and who sees your shoes or socks or nyons when your behind the teller station?? stuipid
