Pros
The hours are nice because it's a bank; thus, you aren't working weekends and/or holidays. Most of the staff are very friendly and want to do well. This bank is also rapidly expanding with the purchase of two banks over the past month, so opportunities are increasing.
Cons
Senior Management doesn't have a clue how to lead. There are a few exceptions of course, but those are few and far between.
