Pros
Good benefits and good pay, if you had managed to negotiate well. Has a pension plan but 401(k) match is OK. Like any other big corporation, if you recognize early on what works, good for you.
Cons
You will be stuck with paltry raises and bonus, so make sure you have negotiated your initial pay well. The management elite eats most of the bonus pie, leaving you with crumbs. Number of years matter like crazy.
