Pros
I liked what I did at UP, and the people I worked with. Things were kept varied, and there was a positive energy that everyone felt. Very welcoming environment.
Cons
Upward mobility was almost impossible for me. I frequently asked for more responsibility, but felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Also a lot of red tape, which is typical of a bigger corporate environment.
