      Pay but what's the point if you never have time to enjoy your earnings. I mean never.

      Cons

      Getting time off or taking a vacation is a cardinal sin. Industry is archaic in their mentality of a healthy lifestyle. Still think 10hrs rest after working a 12hr plus shift sometimes longer, back to back to back 6 days a week is realistic.
