I thoroughly enjoyed my employment at Unique Enterprises and therefore have zero complaints.

Decent hourly wage--$20--in the winter when snow and ice avails, which of course renders said vocation seasonal for 40 of the 45 annual employees. Marginal autonomy, fervent pace, soild though sporatic colleagues.

Disenchanted, nearly never-present ownership/management, equipment often faulty and is in disrepair. Tumultuous schedule makes planning daunting. Compensation for all other services provided apart from snow/ice months hovers around $10/hr for most.
