Pros
Though they tend to shy away from the offer of any feedback/constructive criticism, a select few in upper management will be happy to give you some feedback. The new structure of the company, as they were bought out by a corporations called Savers, created a better sense of team work, appearance (after years they were finally required to wear name tags and shirts with the stores' logo on it (before no one could tell who was who between customer and employee unless they worked the cash register).
Cons
Not enough support in certain areas, negligent choices in new employees effecting the growth (or lack there of) within a department and thus the company as a whole. A great deal of passing the buck going on hindering progress, growth, and creating an uncomfortable and offensive environment. Not much support or feedback. They never seems to have enough if any time for employees nor their concerns. Again affecting progress, growth and creating a lack of motivation and feelings of uselessness.
