Pros

A few good people, rest are pretty clueless

Cons

Run — don’t walk — away from this company. UnisLink operates on claims of expansion and innovation that simply do not match internal reality. Leadership routinely focuses on offshore recruiting with little to no experience to reduce costs, which creates constant rework, confusion, and unstable project outcomes. Employee satisfaction and morale are extremely low. There is no proper tech stack, no standardized implementation methodology, and no real project plan structure in place. Teams are often left to “figure it out” on their own without support. Leadership, including department heads, lack foundational training in project management, communication, and operational planning. Feedback is not welcomed, and the culture is driven by reactive decisions rather than strategic ones. The most disheartening part: layoffs are handled without care or consideration — including during holidays — which speaks volumes about priorities and values. I would not recommend this company to prospective employees or clients.
