Pros
I worked as a Project Manager and later in a CTO/COO position at a media company focused on creating portfolio websites for classical musicians and institutions in the classical music space. The overall work environment was very positive—collaborative, friendly, and focused on excellent customer support. One of the highlights was the CEO, who was always responsive and open to questions, feedback, or concerns. He actively supported the implementation of clearer work process rules, which made it much easier to manage multiple web design projects running in parallel.
