      Internal HR is clunky and old-fashioned, with many policies in need of updating.

      Good cause Good terms and conditions Good national profile

      Cons

      Terrible management in east Mids region, ignoring sexism, bullying and harassment. A decision to ignore it. Regions differ massively in their experience of employment, each region is like its own employer.
