Pros

There is nothing like pros in this organization

Cons

This is the worst company ever i have seen in my career. There is not fixed policy and the management randomly change the rule and policy, which is not in the favour of employee. They harassed in the notice period by mentally and financially. They deny to provide the relieving and experience letter even after serving notice period and alao hold the salary from first day of notice period. After serving the notice period they forcely extend the duration and assigned more task. Management bis so poor in this company. At the time of joining they do false promises, which is not gone fulfill till you employment. I was hired for the automation test engineer, but they provide only manual testing task and after some time they putted me inti support, which was totally not my work. This organization is very poor in sense of technology.

Pros

Unistal offers a very dynamic and learning-oriented work environment. The best part is the exposure across marketing, events, client coordination, partnerships, and community engagement. Since the team is closely involved in building large-scale platforms like Tech Business Connect and engaging with CXOs, partners, and leading technology brands, the work feels meaningful and impactful. The organization also gives people the opportunity to take ownership, contribute ideas, and learn directly through execution rather than only routine tasks. The culture is fast-paced, supportive, and growth-driven, which helps employees build confidence, communication skills, and a strong understanding of the technology ecosystem.

Cons

- Extremely toxic and unhealthy work environment - Presence of dirty office politics - Excessive and unnecessary micro-management - No proper or consistent appraisal process—entirely dependent on the Managing Director’s mood - Strict 9–6 working hours - Too many salary deduction policies (new ones keep being added) - Overall management practices are very poor - Salary is credited only on the 7th of every month - Only one leave allowed per month (no casual, sick, or additional leave categories) - If a leave is unapproved or not applied correctly, double leave is deducted - Mandatory work on Saturdays - No health insurance provided - Gratuity not included in the salary structure - Does not release employees even after they complete the full notice period - Delays the relieving letter and full & final settlement
