Pros
Generally solid, well-intentioned colleagues. Want to make a change.
Cons
Nearly impossible to turn the ship. Churn at senior leadership levels. Each one comes in with the "magic bullet" - only to learn it's recently been attempted. Few real differentiators in portfolio, makes sales into new clients very difficult. And existing clients are slowly leaving.
