      Pros

      A lot of diversity in terms of projects and what made this company so great was the people. All talented but above all kind. Not generating unnecessary stress.

      Cons

      For the time we spend and the risk we take we are not so well paid. There is a big gap in pay between management and the people who make the work happen.

      Pros

      Amazing poeple working here. Company is well structured and has great community between offices. Management are friendly and knowledgeable. It makes you want to wake up early to go to work. Very lucky to have the opportunity to be working for them.

      Nothing really that I can think of.
