Great coworkers and interesting work.

Busy seasons and work pressure.

Great benefits package, backed by AIG. Upper management has great interpersonal skills; but seems to lack follow through (this could be a side effect of corporate bureaucracy). Systems are effective but a bit slow, interface improvements are in process.

Local management needs a bit of work on employee engagement, interpersonal skills and supporting their people (this would improve the corporate culture and more people might actually be happy coming to work, not just happy to have a job)
