Pros

The salary is comparable with many other international public sector organizations, the work conditions are some of the best (30 days leave, can agree on flexible working hours wth your manager, 75 percent contribution to the education cost of your children (6-21 years old, with certain exceptions); if you would like to travel, it gives you the opportunity to see places all over the world.

Cons

Can be too beureaucratic, making it difficult for one to explore various professional views if you are junior. Recognition is most of the times by rank and not necessarily by the ideas you provide.

Pros

Great multicultural environment with people from all over the world, which creates a very enriching and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone is punctual and colleagues are very chill and easy to work with. The diversity of backgrounds makes collaboration genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Very resistant to change and innovation. The organization tends to stick to old processes and is reluctant to adopt new technologies or modern approaches. Progress and improvements move extremely slowly, which can be frustrating for those looking to make an impact. its also unpaid which sucks
