Pros

Pay at the international civil servant level is solid. Benefits are good. Generous 6 weeks of vacation. Depending on where you work, the hours may be family friendly.

Cons

Poor culture. Non-performers are tolerated. Few are enthusiastic about what they do. When you do more, you pick up the slack of others instead of advancing the good cause. Presence of energy suckers and indifferent brass lowers morale.

Pros

Great multicultural environment with people from all over the world, which creates a very enriching and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone is punctual and colleagues are very chill and easy to work with. The diversity of backgrounds makes collaboration genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Very resistant to change and innovation. The organization tends to stick to old processes and is reluctant to adopt new technologies or modern approaches. Progress and improvements move extremely slowly, which can be frustrating for those looking to make an impact. its also unpaid which sucks
