Great Culture, pay and opportunity to grow!

They are a big company which may not be appealing to some people.

Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
