      job is good, room to grow. best stepping stone company. lower pay than other companies

      Cons

      low pay, not much else. you work hard so upper management can get their bonuses. yearly merit raise of a dollar and some change.

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
