The whole place is run like a regime. They watch every move you make and count every breath you take. Employee of the month has nothing to do with your work ethic but more of how well you can keep your mouth shut. They hire you as one thing and put in 6 different positions, none of which you signed up for. If they don't like you or your not family, you don't move up and get treated unfairly time and time again. If you work hard you get more work if you barely work it's excused. They talk to you anyway they please.
