Meh - Sales Unitis Contractor Supplies Employee Review

If you take pride in what you do this is the company for you. Unitis is full of amazing individuals. There are many aspects that I loved during my employment, unfortunately the list would be too long. I'll narrow it down to three. Compensation - great, if you show pride and a strong work ethic It will be noticed and rewarded. The support and family you get is a gift. If you are lost, if you need help, if you have questions, managers are always available, they show nothing but compassion and dedication to help you grow and improve. Lastly, constant opportunity for growth. No day is the same- meaning- you may be out on the road, in the warehouse, answering phones, taking orders, shipping packages, even unloading pallets. You learn to multitask very fast and it's a life skill you will be grateful for.

Not every place is perfect and Unitis is no exception. Fortunately they do recognize their faults and strive to constantly improve. Their faults however are not enough to warrant avoidance. One Con would be a shortage of staff but reliable employee's are rarer than you think.

Honestly, Unitis is really a great place to work. The employees are all like minded, pro-active individuals who all have the same goals in mind, to keep Unitis awesome! Not only do you get to work with great teammates but the owner is great to work with as well. In a lot of larger companies or corporations it is not often you get to work directly with the owner of the company on a day to day basis. Unitis is growing fast and things are consistently changing in the best ways. This is the place to be if you are looking for a long term career in a company that cares about you and wants you to succeed in every way possible.

Although Unitis is a great company and the people their are awesome. When it comes to learning the ropes, it is mostly trial by fire. For some, this is the best way to learn and personally I appreciated it. Though, I can see how one would want a proper training program for such a demanding job.
