Most co-workers are knowledgable and helpful. It's easy to keep busy and learn something new daily. Management team is supportive of efforts to learn new areas in the department.
Cons
Pay is not very good, hard to earn enough to support myself without getting some overtime or having a second job. A few co-workers are not team players.

Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
