Pros
Felt like I had a purpose and made a difference. Enjoyed the work. Liked the company culture, not so much the office culture.
Cons
Pay not equal to the work being done. Management not open to change or ideas, do not like you to question things. A lot of gossip and drama in the office, if you're not in you're out. Drama at bully level.
