Four ten hour day work week with overtime on fridays. They are really busy right now.
Cons
There is zero culture at universal metrics. The policies are driven by HR who does not care about family issues to employee concerns. If you want to take an hour off work to take care of something such as close on a house you are purchasing too bad you have to use at least 5 hours of pto. Management lacks leadership, but doe not lack authority. Do not expect to see management around when you are working overtime or need leadership, they are there to be authoritative and that is it. The owner is there everyday but is very hands off allowing operations and HR to do whatever they want. It almost seems like the HR manager has more authority than the operations manager on the shop floor. There is no sense of value as an employee because they will just fill your position with the next person regardless of knowledge or experience. Turning into a revolving door. If they dont like you, they will do whatever it takes to chase you off until they can fire you. Just ask the previous maintenance guy.
