Great company! - Director Universal Rx Employee Review

A great, small company that works in a big way. Team is very close. Work is plentiful and rewarding, but not too heavy. Directors are always in tune with their employees. Owner is down to earth.

I have nothing but high praise for this company! I started working for Universal Rx, specifically on the EPS side, right when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The company was extremely welcoming and took all actions required to make sure each employee felt comfortable with the current global pandemic. I was with the company for a little over 2.5 years and would highly recommend Universal Rx to anyone. The company has an extremely positive culture and recognizes the importance of work life balance. They like to use the term "Universal Rx Family" to describe the relationship of all the employees, and it truly feels like a family. It's honestly hard to put into words just how much the employees are cared for at this company. If you are looking for a new opportunity that will challenge you, help you grow, and feel supported throughout the journey there is no better place to be.
