      1. They take very good care of their staff - provide one meal a day and take care of uniform. 2. They have night transport. 3. They host events occasionally for employees to enjoy.

      Great Benefits and Health insurance. Great discounts on merchandise and Park tickets.

      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
